Once you have secured a slot, you will pay a £50 holding deposit which will count towards the consultation fee. You will be a sent a detailed medical questionnaire, please fill this in before the visit. At the appointment, the consultation will last between 60-80 minutes and will be an in-depth lifestyle assessment using the 8 pillars of health. This will not need to be done again and you will be part of the practice. After the consultation, we can jointly decide what tests inc blood tests/DEXA scans/microbiome tests you need to help optimise your health. I am an ex-surgeon and am accredited to provide Steroid injections. We also now offer DUROLANE injections (one of the very few clinics in the community) which are not steroidal (Hyaluronic acid) and last longer.
